This is the ultimate outback tour experience where you will spend 5 days exploring Australia’s red centre starting at Alice Springs (the town itself) before adventuring to Kings Canyon. It is at Kings Canyon where we trek for 3 hours up the canyon’s ridge to witness panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. After an exhausting day of climbing it’s time to enjoy a Champagne sunset overlooking Uluru. On day 3 we take you to The Olgas, a group of 32 unique large dome rock faces, before returning to Aurora Alice Springs Resort to prepare for the next 2 days of adventure through Palm Valley and the West MacDonnell Ranges. |

This 3 day tour provides a close look at outback Australia, with its distinctive rock formations, famous landmarks and views to the horizon. We visit Wallace Rockhole where we spend time with the local Aboriginal community before climbing the ridge of Kings Canyon where we can see Australia’s red centre for 50-70kms. Not to mention we tour the base of Uluru where we trace the steps of ancestral beings past Mutitjulu waterhole and take in this impressive monolith. |

A day of spectacular mountain scenery, wildlife and waterholes. Our first stop for the day is Flynn’s Grave where we learn of the inspiring story behind the iconic Royal Flying Doctor Service. View The Twin Gums painted by Albert Namatjira a famous aboriginal water colour artist. Explore Standley Chasm a spectacular and rare geological formation of two opposing red rock faces. The Ochre Pits is a significant traditional source of ochre for ceremonies. Ascend the Finke River Lookout to gaining a panoramic view of Mt Sonder and the beginning of one of the oldest rivers in the world. Explore Ormiston Gorge a permanent waterhole set amongst deep ravines and peaked mountains and swim in an outback waterhole at Ellery Creek before returning to the Alice via Simpsons Gap. |
| 1 Day Palm Valley Tour | |

Join a day of adventure as we head west from Alice Springs through Owen Springs cattle station to explore the Finke Gorge National Park. This area known as Palm Valley contains some very rare and endangered living fossils. Enjoy a leisurely stroll along Palm Creek absorbing the ambience of this desert oasis. A more vigorous option is a climb to the top of the valley walls. Cycad Gorge offers an impressive cliff display of these rare plants, which only grow along the northern and western walls of the gorge. Kalarranga Lookout affords an impressive view of the amphitheatre, a site of significance for the local Aranda Tribe. Historical Hermannsburg is our next stop for lunch, time to explore this historical mission and stroll amongst the buildings in awe at the achievements in a hostile environment.
